Terms and Conditions of the Points Program
Rules of the points program (loyalty program)
For all our customers (of the BeShaped store) who have a registered account, we have launched a special points program (loyalty program). As part of the program, registered customers receive additional benefits in exchange for making purchases and being active on the BeShaped online store website.
- 1 General provisions
- The regulations are the only and valid document governing the principles of the loyalty program's operation. It defines the rights and obligations of the Participants in the program as well as the rights and obligations of the Program Organizer.
- The Organizer of the program is the owner of the BeShaped brand - Worldwide T&S Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 58, KRS 0000816105, NIP 7010957298, REGON 384949755
- Participants in the loyalty program can only be registered customers of the online store operating at the address: www.beshaped.pl
- The Organizer of the loyalty program reserves the right to change the rules of the program's operation at any stage of its duration.
- 2 Definitions occurring in the program regulations
- Organizer - the owner of the BeShaped brand - Worldwide T&S Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 58, KRS 0000816105, NIP 7010957298, REGON 384949755
- Program participant - a registered customer of the BeShaped online store operating at the address: www.beshaped.pl
- Points program (loyalty program) - a program conducted in the BeShaped online store, allowing Participants to accumulate points in their account.
- Point - a virtual unit, the conversion of which is:
- each spent zloty: each spent 1 zloty equals one point
- creating an account on the store's website www.beshaped.pl equals 200 points
- following the BeShaped brand profile on Instagram BeShaped_Pl equals 50 points
- for completing the birth date (calculated on the birthday) equals 200 points
- 3 Program rules
- The points program (loyalty program) allows Participants to collect Points, which, after reaching certain thresholds, automatically reduce the amount due for purchases made or allow the use of free shipping for orders.
- To join the program, you must register an account in the online store www.beshaped.pl
- Points are collected in exchange for performing activities specified in § 5 point 1.
- Points are automatically credited to the account of the registered Participant.
- Points for a placed order are automatically credited after payment and fulfillment (i.e., when the package is received by the customer). The above statement means that in some cases, considering the order fulfillment time, points may appear in the Participant's account even up to 2 weeks after placing the order.
- In the case of non-payment for a placed order, points are not credited to the Participant's account.
- Information about collected points is available in the footer of the page under the "Your Points" tab in the "POINTS PROGRAM" menu category.
- After collecting a specified number of points, indicated in § 5 point 2, the Participant is entitled to use discounts.
- 4 Conditions of participation
- Only registered customers of the BeShaped online store can participate in the loyalty program.

A registered customer of the store can be:
a) an individual with full legal capacity and thus, an adult,
b) a legal entity,
c) an organizational unit without legal personality. - Each Participant may have only one account in the Program.
- The right to use the account, especially to exchange points, is personal and belongs exclusively to the Participant.
- Joining the program begins with registering an account (equivalent to accepting the regulations) and:
- placing the first order and paying for it or
- following the BeShaped_pl brand profile on Instagram.
- The participant agrees to inform the Organizer about any changes to their personal data. In the event of not notifying about changes to personal data, the Organizer is not responsible for any delays or lack of action caused by the failure to update the data.
- The participant can use the Program during its duration. After the Program ends, the participant loses the right to use the discount thresholds achieved.
- The Organizer agrees to inform the program participants about the planned end of the program 30 days before its conclusion.
- 5 Method of awarding points and benefits resulting from collecting them
- Points are awarded for:
- each spent złoty (1PLN) in the online store, the customer receives 1 point; points are calculated for full złotys (i.e., if your order totals 439.99 PLN, 439 points will be credited to your account after payment of the order)
- creating an account on the store's website www.beshaped.pl - 200 points
- following the BeShaped brand profile on Instagram BeShaped_Pl - 50 points
- completing the date of birth, credited to the account on the birthday - 200 points
- Accumulated points trigger specific discount thresholds:
- free shipping for accumulating 1000 points
- 15% discount for accumulating 2000 points
- 20% discount for accumulating 4000 points
- Points are awarded automatically after performing the actions indicated in point 1 of this paragraph.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions in the store.
- Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The participant decides independently whether to use the discount resulting from the points accumulated in the program when placing an order.
- In the case where a Participant places an order that, due to its value, entitles them to free shipping and at the same time the Participant has reached the first discount threshold (free shipping for accumulating 1000 points), the Participant cannot exchange the free shipping for an additional/other discount.
- 6 Duration of validity
- The loyalty program is valid from the moment the BeShaped online store is launched, i.e., December 12, 2020, until further notice.
- All changes to the terms of the Program's operation take effect from the date they are announced on the online store's website available at: www.beshaped.pl
- 7 Complaints
- The Participant has the option to submit a complaint at any time during the duration of the loyalty program.
- All complaints should be directed directly to the email address of the Program Organizer:

- The complaint submission should include the following information:
- Participant's details (email address registered in the system and all information provided during the registration process)
- reason for the complaint with a detailed description of the causes - The Organizer reserves the right to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the submission in the email inbox.
- 8 Rights and obligations of the organizer
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Program regulations at any time during its duration, including changing the rules and quantity thresholds determining individual discounts.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes immediately upon their publication on the BeShaped online store's website.
- The Organizer is responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting personal data collected in connection with the Program and for the purpose of providing the service of participation in the program and using additional privileges resulting from participation. The basis for data processing is the consent that the Participant expresses at the time of registering their account in the BeShaped online store.
- The Organizer confirms that the collection and processing of personal data of Participants taking part in the Loyalty Program is carried out in accordance with the rules specified in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- The data controller is the Organizer of the program.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant providing incomplete or false data when filling out the form, editing data, or ordering a prize. It is also not liable for the consequences of the Participant sharing their registration or login data on the Website with third parties.
- 9 Final provisions
- In all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The court competent to hear any disputes arising in connection with the Program is the court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
