We ensure that all orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

Shipments made via DPD and InPost couriers are delivered within 24 hours from dispatch (on weekdays). In rare cases, the shipment may be delivered within 48 hours.

Yes, you can exchange the product. To do this, use the InPost return portal. In the description of the reported issue, write that you want to make an exchange and provide information about which product you want to receive in return. Here you will find the Returns Portal

Sure! You have 30 days to decide. Without providing a reason, you can return the product in its original condition, with all tags intact. Remember, you bear the shipping costs.

Please carefully and gently try on clothes so that they do not show any signs of use, especially regarding stains on necklines from makeup/powder and armpit areas. In case of visible stains that diminish the value of the clothing, the refund amount will be reduced by:

14.90 PLN per item.
