Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Familiarize yourself with our return policy and take advantage of quick returns via Inpost. The cost of the return label is only 13.90 (returns can only be sent from Poland) - we will deduct this cost from the refund amount. Exchanges are free (1 free exchange if the product is retained). If you want to exchange a product, please indicate in the description while generating the label what you would like to exchange it for. Important: if you decide to return the product after the exchange, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your order, remember a few rules that will speed up and streamline the entire process.
Please carefully and gently try on clothes so that they do not show any signs of use, especially concerning:
- stains on necklines from foundation/powder and armpit cuts,
- stains and signs from creams, antiperspirants, skin abrasions,
- animal hair and fibers,
- mechanical damage to the material, tearing, rubbing, etc. that occurred as a result of use and were not reported after receiving the package.
In the case of visible stains mentioned above or related ones, which reduce the value of the clothing, the refund amount will be reduced by:
- 14.90 PLN per item in the case of stains that can be removed by washing and disinfecting,
- an individually determined amount in the case of damage to the product that allows it to be restored to its original condition,
- in justified cases, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a return - this applies to situations where the product cannot be resold, has significant defects that reduce its value and make it unusable or unsellable as an outlet product (an example of such damage includes tears inside the garment, not at the seams, pulls, physiological stains, non-removable detergent stains).
Returns of underwear such as socks and panties after the sealed packaging has been opened are not accepted for personal hygiene reasons.
Used bottles are not subject to return. Please return unused bottles with intact hygiene seals at the spout and in the original packaging.
When using return intermediaries (e.g., convenient returns), you do so at your own risk; we do not guarantee that the return addresses provided by them are current.
The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- You have the right to return or exchange the goods ordered in our store within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package (under the terms described in the Act of March 2 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended))
- Download the return form, print it, and fill it out carefully.
- Pack the returned products along with the completed return form. Remember that the products must not show any signs of use and must have all original tags and security measures.

- The buyer bears the direct costs of returning to the seller's warehouse
- We do not send email notifications regarding the receipt of the return shipment, so please keep the package tracking number. An email notification will only be sent in the case of a negative return decision or the need to deduct delivery costs or restore the product to its original condition, washing and disinfection, etc.
- Refunds will occur within 14 days of receiving the return shipment, using the same payment methods that were used in the transaction. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the bank account specified in the return form.
- In the case of returning goods, we will also refund you the shipping costs of sending the goods to you (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method you chose that is different from the cheapest delivery method offered by BeShaped).
- Remember to keep the proof of sending the package. It will be necessary in case of possible loss of the package.
- In the case of returning a Product/Products that are damaged, torn, worn, or have other defects that were not identified during packaging and reported by the Consumer after unpacking the package, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the return and send the Product/Products back at the Consumer's expense.
- If during the order placement you take advantage of the "Free delivery from xx PLN" promotion, remember that when returning products, you may lose the right to maintain the promotion. In the case of leaving products whose total would not entitle you to use the "Free delivery from xx PLN" promotion during the order placement, when refunding you for the products you sent, we will be forced to deduct from the refund the delivery costs we previously incurred. Delivery costs are deducted from the refund according to the price list available in the tab: Delivery times and costs.
- In the case of refusing to accept the package, the customer bears the associated costs, i.e.: in the situation of not accepting the package and sending the return shipment to our warehouse, you bear the return shipping cost equal to the shipping cost.
COMPLAINTS
We refine all our products to serve you for as long as possible. However, if any of them has a physical or legal defect, you have the right to complain about the purchased goods. This is defined by generally applicable legal regulations, particularly in the Civil Code (including Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code).
- Download the return form, print it out, and fill it in. Describe in detail the circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, the type and date of the defect occurrence, and your request for how to bring the product into compliance with the Sales Agreement. This will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by our technicians.
