Order processing time
All products you find on our website are available in our warehouse.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day (on business days).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
Upon dispatching the package, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
In exceptional situations, the shipping time may be slightly extended.
Delivery time
DPD and InPost shipments are delivered within 24 hours from dispatch (on business days). In rare cases, the shipment is delivered within 48 hours from dispatch.
Refusal to accept the shipment and associated costs
In the event of refusal to accept the shipment and sending the return shipment to our warehouse, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment. In the case of the delivery method:
- InPost courier, the fee is 13.90 PLN,
- for DPD courier 15.90 PLN.
If you wish to receive the package returned to our warehouse (resending the package), the customer must cover the delivery costs. In practice, this means the need to cover the cost of returning the package and the cost of resending it.
