Affiliate Program Regulations

AFFILIATE PROGRAM REGULATIONS
Terms of use and Regulations of the BeShaped affiliate sales program.

  1. Joining the affiliate program is synonymous with accepting the Terms of use and the provisions contained in the Regulations.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of use of the service. Any changes introduced during the program are subject to the Terms of use. Continuing to use the Program after such changes is synonymous with the user's acceptance of all changes that have been made. Violation of the provisions contained in the Regulations and the Terms of use of the Program will result in immediate exclusion of the participant from the affiliate program. This is associated with the loss of all outstanding payments due to commissions.
  3. Conditions for joining and using the Program:

- To join the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Accounts registered by bots or other automated solutions cannot participate in the Program.
- You must provide your data, such as: full name, valid email address, and any other information necessary to complete the registration process.
- The account may only be used by the person who created it. Sharing login details for the Program is prohibited.
- The responsibility for maintaining the account and protecting the confidentiality of the password lies with the person who created it. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages caused by non-compliance with this obligation regarding protection.
- One legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You may not use the affiliate program for illegal or prohibited purposes under the law.

  1. After registering in the affiliate program, access to the system will be granted, through which you will be able to generate links to place on your website, newsletter, or other messages that you send to your recipients.
  2. Affiliate links should direct the user to the page of the offered product. In the case of a sale of a product made through the affiliate link you posted, you will receive a commission of 10% of the order value. Affiliate links are automatically tracked and reported by our systems.
  3. The commission will not be granted if our system does not detect that the sale occurred through the dedicated link. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions obtained through fraud, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
  4. Payment of funds due to the participant of the Program, in terms of commission, will occur within 30 days after the participant issues an invoice.
  5. Products intended for personal use cannot be purchased through affiliate links.
  6. Obligations arising from joining the affiliate program

By joining the affiliate program, the participant assumes sole responsibility for:

- technical operation of your website and all related devices
- ensuring that the display of affiliate links on your website does not violate any agreements between you and third parties
- accuracy, truthfulness, and relevance of the materials published on your website (any product-related materials and information regarding special links)
- ensuring that the materials posted on your site do not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, privacy)

  1. Duration of the Affiliate Program

You can join the affiliate program at any time. The start of the cooperation is confirmed by email.

  1. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or loss of income, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
