Get enough practice. Start training!

Darling, looking for excuses serves no one! We all know that there is always something better to do. A new season of your favorite series, too much work, something to clean, something to fix, and so on endlessly. And when the thought of maybe starting to take care of yourself, starting to exercise, changing your diet pops into your head, it’s always ‘from Monday’! And now it makes no sense at all, because the holidays are coming, so ‘from the New Year’. Been there done that! So believe me, if certain signals start appearing in your life, your body is already sending you the last warning: START EXERCISING!

We all know that even for the signals I mentioned, we can find good excuses. After all, it’s an old truth that getting out of breath during a morning run for the bus literally applies to everyone. And the fact that a couple of old folks overtakes us - they have outstanding fitness, not us with our poor condition! I won’t beat around the bush - it’s time to get serious about this. Regular exercise, even short and low-intensity, will improve your body’s efficiency and enhance your well-being. It’s just that simple and yet so much.

If you’re one of those people who gets a belly after drinking a glass of water and you envy the girls who can indulge in cheesecake with white chocolate for breakfast while looking like Victoria's Secret models, we have two things to discuss.

The first - accept it! Love your body as it is. And if your figure isn’t the dream one - get to work! Start exercising to boost your metabolism, strengthen your muscles, and shed those extra pounds. You won’t see results after two workouts, but believe me, they will appear sooner than you expect.

I know exactly how it feels to give up on the gym because of feeling self-conscious about a few rolls on your stomach, but you must remember that everyone started somewhere. I promise, no one was born with abs and a round butt, and no one will judge you. If you want to feel confident at the gym, invest in a beautiful sports set. Choose one that will shape your figure, hide what you’d prefer not to show to a wider audience, and highlight all your advantages. Opt for Leggings high-waisted leggings that will visually slim your legs and make your waist look fabulous. Additionally, don’t forget a decent sports top. One that will take care of your bust’s safety and voilà! I guarantee +1000 to motivation and a more enjoyable workout.

Do you know what else happens when the body doesn’t get the optimal dose of movement? Everything that lowers the quality of life - headaches, tension, stress, apathy, and even depression. Doesn’t sound good, does it? So get to work!

Regular exercise has an invaluable impact on mental health. First of all, workouts trigger the so-called happiness hormone, which affects our mood. In addition, sports help reduce pain (including menstrual pain!) and stress levels. All of this greatly influences the quality of our daily lives, so before you start taking painkillers for every ailment your body has, drink a fourth espresso for a boost, or blame it on the fact that "everything is bad," try to introduce workouts into your life. You will thank us later! ;)
